Return and Cancellation Policy
Return Policy
You have 7 days from the issue date of the receipt to return an item (in case of back ordered items you have 7 days from receipt of the merchandise).
Items must be new, unused, in original box with all original packing materials and promotional items. As long as the item has not been opened and remains sealed in original packaging, the product may be returned within 7 days of the original invoice date.
Contact TheBathroomWorld.com at support@thebathroomworld.com for further instructions regarding item returns.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The cost of any shipping involved in returned items is the responsibility of the buyer.
All refunds are processed to the original credit card used for payment, therefore return authorization is provided to the original purchaser only.
If there is an error in your order, please contact us at support@thebathroomworld.com as soon as possible so we can correct the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience and we will do our best to correct the error. Item must be unused and in all of its original packaging to be replaced.
Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, it must be done before your item is shipped. We cannot cancel an order once it is already in transit, or allocated to ship. You must request your cancellation by e-mailing to the above address. Your request will be documented by an TheBathroomworld.com representative. Your order is not cancelled until we can check with the warehouse/distributor to be sure it has not shipped. If the order can be cancelled you will be contacted by e-mail. Once your item has been shipped it cannot be cancelled in route. Refusing shipment on your order is not the proper way to cancel an order and will significantly delay refund or credit, and you will incur expenses needlessly. If you want to cancel, you must follow the cancellation policies.
If you do not want your order after it has already been shipped or delivered, please refer to Terms and Conditions above to find out how to return or exchange merchandise.
TheBathroomworld.com attempts to display the colors of our merchandise shown on this site as accurately as possible. However, because every monitor varies in their color display, TheBathroomWorld.com cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.
While TheBathroomworld.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, unintentional pricing or typographical errors may occur. TheBathroomworld.com reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without notice. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, TheBathroomworld.com shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If your credit card has been charged for any order subsequently cancelled, TheBathroomworld.com will issue a credit to your credit card. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Backorder Policy

The staff at TheBathroomWorld.com try hard to process and ship your order quickly. But, on occasion an item may be back-ordered. TheBathroomWorld.com family will make every attempt to ship the back-ordered item(s) within 15 days. If we can't fulfil your order within the 15 day period, we make every attempt to notify you by e-mail. If you wish to cancel a backordered item, please refer to our Return(Return policy page) and/or Cancellation policies (Return policy page) . The deadline for cancelling a backordered item is one business day BEFORE the scheduled release date.
Shipping Policies
TheBathroomWorld.com endeavors to bring the best of services by giving you choices: Pickup or Shipping.
All items are inspected by our warehouse staff before being picked-up or shipped to guarantee your satisfaction.
Pickup
You are welcome to pick up your product from our Melbourne warehouse or from our Sydney warehouse during business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm and 9:00am - 2:00pm on Saturday) by appointment only. Please contact TheBathroomworld.com to make an appointment (support@thebathroomworld.com).
Shipping
Delivery within Melbourne Metro areas within 1 hour return of our Braybrook warehouse, a set price of $50 is applicable.
Courier costs will apply for deliveries outside Melbourne CBD and interstate. Please contact support@thebathroomworld.com for a quote before you order.
Shipping will be by best shipping method based on package weight and dimensions.
Customer pays for all shipping fees at the time of purchase.
It is the responsibility of customer to notify TheBathroomworld.com of any lost or damaged shipments.
Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged Goods Policy
The team at TheBathroomWorld.com does its best to make sure all products that are sold are delivered in the original condition by;
- Appropriately packaging all products so they minimize damage during transport
- Inspecting all products before being picked-up or shipped to guarantee your satisfaction.
But there may be some cases where there are accidents that may cause damage to the product during travel, this why thebathroomworld.com insures all items that are shipped to you.
The TheBathroomWorld.com does not accept any responsibility for any damage occurred during following;
- Any damage done to the item/s during installation by licensed or non-licenced plumbers.
Products that have been installed are non-returnable
